Q: What is Six Sigma? The central idea behind Six Sigma is that if you can measure how many "defects" you have in a process, you can systematically figure out how to eliminate them and get as close to "zero defects" as possible. To achieve Six Sigma Quality, a process must produce no more than 3.4 defects per million opportunities.
Q: What is Lean Six Sigma? Lean Six Sigma is a methodology that relies on a collaborative team effort to improve performance by systematically removing waste; combining lean manufacturing/leanenterprise and Six Sigma to eliminate the eight kinds of waste (poda): defects, overproduction, waiting, non-utilized talent, transportation, inventory, etc.
Q: What are the costs associated with your service? We have two options to work with your teams. A fixed Hourly Rate, or a Risk-Free Pay For Performance based on the project's outcome. We're happy to discuss both options with you.
Q: What type of Solutions and Results do you Provide? Six Sigma provides a common language and toolset that ensures the development and maintenance of the organization's design, control, and improvement of processes. Q: We have current projects that require DOD Clearance. Can you help? Currently consultants are available with clearances for goverment projects and support.
